Rentals at Joe Farmer Recreation Center

Plan your next party, meeting or special event at Joe Farmer Recreation Center! With multiple spaces to choose from, our team can help you identify the best option for your gathering. Rental spaces include:

  • Meeting Rooms A and/or B: Located immediately inside Joe Farmer Recreation Center, this flexible space features a wall of windows overlooking Bethany Lakes Park.
  • Lakeside Clubhouse: Fully enclosed pavilion and private outdoor patio area with views of Bethany Lakes, ideal for an intimate event. View availability.
  • Gymnasium: Gym with hardwood floors and six official-height basketball goals. Use of game room, racquetball courts, up to six tables and twenty chairs included with rental fee.
  • Hillside Amphitheater: Outdoor stage surrounded by sloped grassy area, perfect for lawn chairs or picnic blankets.

Rental Policies

Joe Farmer Recreation Center rentals must be requested at least 30 days in advance for after-hours rentals and at least five (5) days in advance for business-hour rentals. Full payment of reservation fee and security deposit must be made at the time of booking. Rental spaces will be unavailable before 8 a.m. and after 10 p.m.

Refunds

Refunds will not be issued if a rental is cancelled fewer than five (5) working days before the date stated on the Rental Agreement. The rental fee will be kept and the deposit will be returned.

Partial refunds will be issued if the rental is cancelled, regardless of reason, at least five (5) working days before the date stated on the Rental Agreement. The rental fee and deposit will be returned, minus a $10 administrative charge.
