Closed captioning standards coming to TVs at City facilities

SEPT. 12, 2023 - A new resolution approved by councilmembers will ensure the use of closed captioning on public-facing TVs at City facilities. 

The resolution reaffirms the City of Allen’s commitment to reducing accessibility barriers at city facilities and encourages Allen businesses to provide similar accommodations at their locations.
