The 2023 Winter Reading Challenge Begins.

For ages 3-5 with a caregiver. Join us for a variety of fun, stimulating sensory play stations. Limited to 40. Tickets will be available at the Children's Desk 30 minutes before the program starts.

Recommended for ages 5+. Celebrate the start of Winter Reading Challenge by coloring your own Snowman Mini Bag. Take home some winter goodies and a reading log when you're done. Come and go while supplies last.

For grades 7-12. Craft a fun and glowy disco ball with plastic cups, zip ties, and Christmas lights! Limited to 20 participants. Tickets will be available at the Children's Desk 30 minutes before the program starts.

For ages 18+. Nonfiction readers - join us for our choose-your-own book club! We pick the topic, you pick the book. For December, it's your choice! Read any nonfiction book you like. You're welcome to join the discussion even if you didn't get a chance to read a book for this month.

Launch your winter break with NASA Solar System Ambassador Michelle Wilde and learn fun facts about Mars, why are we exploring Mars, when humans will travel to Mars and the amazing scientific experiments being conducted on Mars right now.
